With these Items, there is usually a Guarantee Card, like a Post Card, that you return to a Specified Address to activate the Guarantee. This NORMALY LASTS FOR ONE YEAR.
This Guarantee is to be PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTUTER, which is Pro-Lon in this instance.
Sometimes, you have the Option of going onto a Web-Site to activate the Guarantee. In any case, it IS IMPORTANT TO ACTIVATE THIS GUARANTEE. Then, in the UNLIKELY EVENT OF SOMETHING GOING WRONG, or if you ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WITH YOUR OVEN, the Company will recognise you as a Customer & will give your Query a HIGHER PRIORITY than a non-customer.

I would imagine 30 days return policy with qvc would be the short time guarantee. Item looks good and cannot see any problems with it having watched the demos. Hope I am not wrong as I have ordered this item Worth giving it a try though at such a reasonable price..

If you REMOVE THE LID fully from the Oven, it should SWITCH itself OFF because there is a MICRO SWITCH SENSOR in the Lid. You should stand the Lid on its Edge using the Lid Stand that should have been packed in with this Item.
If the Oven DOES NOT TURN OFF when you lift the Lid Completely Off the Bowl, this is a FAULT. If you contact QVC Liver Pool or ProLon, they will sort you out as these usually have a 1 year Guarantee on them.

Timer!!
Looking through the reviews it appears there is just a 60 minute timer on this oven. What happens when food needs more than this 60 minutes? Can anybody help with this please.

You would just have to reset the timer, you need to keep having a look at the cooking progress anyway, its not like a low cooker where you can just leave it all day, things need turning and testing, i have had no trouble cooking things over an hour, just needs getting used to and the results have been great.

The Extention Rings are CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK on QVC U. K.
The Ring is 2 Litre Capacity & it has the SAME DIAMETER as the Top of the Main Oven.
When these come back, I would suggest that you BUY A FEW OF THEM.

How do you clean the glass top
Hi anybody know how is the best way to clean the oven glass lid, as I know you can't you a brilo pad, or aggressive cleaning, my Lid has got brown stain marks on the glass lid.
Does anyone know who best to clean it without doing any damage to the lid, this seems the worse part of the oven to try and clean.
